Complaints Management

Complaints received by the society are resolved in the following manner:

complaints managementThe duration/time taken to respond to complaint is as follows:

  • 2 weeks for initial investigation
  • for disputes that go up to committee level, and if it can be resolved via email with committee members, then the time frame will be 1 month;
  • for disputes that go up to committee level, and cannot be resolved via email, then it will have to wait till the next committee meeting.
  • for disputes referred to the final committee, the time frame for resolving the dispute will be 3 months
