音乐版权相关公告 致七月歌台台主 ~请为您的歌台表演申请音乐使用准证~ 新加坡词曲版权协会是协助维护词曲创作人合法权益的非营利性组织，并通过签发音乐准证，协助创作人征收音乐版税。 音乐版权是属于词曲创作人的资产，也是他们的主要经济来源。他们的创作，要在市场上得到回报，我们才能继续听到感动人心的音乐。 我们希望歌台台主能呼应我们的恳求，正视创作人的权益，也千万不要以身试法。根据新加坡版权法令，第136章第6项条文，被控触犯版权法令者如被定罪，将面对最高罚款额两万新元 (S$20,000)或最长两年的监禁，或两者兼施。 音乐创作人需要各台主的理解和支持。请联络新加坡词曲版权协会，为您的歌台演出申请音乐使用准证。
