Karaoke-On-Demand System refers to the computerized device in which musical works or compositions reproduced or copied are compressed and converted into digital and electronic files and devices capable of tracking, reading and encoding such digital and electronic files and enabling selected files to be rapidly transmitted and relayed and retrieved on-demand in response to requests made by customers or users of the KOD System.
